从饭店的角度来说,顾客对饭店的满意就是饭店追求的目标,也可以说饭店生存的根本就在于顾客,顾客即为上帝。研究饭店社会责任和顾客满意度的关系有助于提高饭店的综合竞争力,进而推动我国饭店业的发展。本文通过对饭店社会责任的详细剖析,分析出当下饭店社会责任的现状和饭店责任的认识过程,发掘出饭店社会责任与顾客满意关系这二者之间的密不可分的关系,以较为详实的论述对饭店社会责任这一概念进行了深入的论述,希望对大家未来的研究提供一些新的思路。
