目的探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平与产后颅内静脉窦血栓形成(CVST)的相关性,为CVST的预测和治疗提供理论依据。方法选取2010年1月~2014年1月该院收治的产后CVST患者40例作为CVST组,另选择同期在该院生产的健康产妇40例作为对照组。检测两组血浆Hcy和hs-CRP水平,分析产后CVST组Hcy和hs-CRP的相关性。结果 CVST组血浆Hcy和hs-CRP水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。CVST组Hcy与hs-CRP呈正相关关系(r=0.513,P<0.05)。结论血浆Hcy和hs-CRP升高与产后CVST的发生发展密切相关,且两者呈正相关关系。
Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma homocysteine (Hcy), high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and postpartum intracranial venous sinus thrombosis (CVST), and to provide a theoretical basis for the prediction and treatment of CVST. Methods From January 2010 to January 2014, 40 patients with postpartum CVST admitted from January 2010 to January 2014 in our hospital were selected as the CVST group. Another 40 healthy pregnant women were selected as the control group during the same period. Plasma hcy and hs-CRP levels were measured in both groups, and the correlation between Hcy and hs-CRP in postpartum CVST group was analyzed. Results The plasma levels of Hcy and hs-CRP in CVST group were significantly higher than those in control group (all P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between Hcy and hs-CRP in CVST group (r = 0.513, P <0.05). Conclusions The elevated plasma Hcy and hs-CRP are closely related to the occurrence and development of postpartum CVST, and there is a positive correlation between them.
