本文研究了TC4钛合金人工骨关节表面上喷涂Al_2O_3陶瓷涂层的工艺和相结构。研究结果表明,喷涂距离~100mm时可以得到最高的颗粒速度和熔化温度。此时涂层的相结构主要是α-Al_2O_3,并有少量γ-Al_2O_3。用此工艺制成的各种类型TC4钛合金人工骨关节已在临床使用。
In this paper, the process and phase structure of Al_2O_3 ceramic coating sprayed on the articular surface of TC4 titanium alloy were studied. The results show that the maximum particle velocity and melting temperature can be obtained when spray distance is ~ 100mm. At this point the phase structure of the coating is mainly α-Al_2O_3, and a small amount of γ-Al_2O_3. Various types of TC4 titanium alloy artificial joints made with this process have been used clinically.
