讨论了现行计算机控制电解槽所采用数学模型的缺点和不足,提出了一个建立在对反电动势进行实测基础上,能稳定极距、防止误动作、能预报电解质中氧化铝浓度和阳极效应的新数学模型。
The disadvantages and shortcomings of the current mathematical model of computer controlled electrolyzer are discussed. A new method based on the measurement of back EMF is proposed, which can stabilize the polar distance, prevent the malfunction and predict the concentration of alumina and anode in electrolyte mathematical model.
