液氮助排技术,是采用延迟胶联技术在压裂液的前置液中加入氮气,形成均匀泡沫冻胶,用来撑开地层,并且在压裂后,靠释放出的氮气反推破胶水化液排出地层,提高压裂液的返排率,减少压裂液对地层的伤害,提高压裂效果。研究结果表明,延迟胶联时间可控制在2~3.5min之间,氮气在高压管汇出口处加入后有充分的时间混合,形成均匀的泡沫冻胶,它具有滤失低、粘度高、耐温能力强等特点;适合高温、低渗透、敏感性地层的改造。1992年,使用该技术现场施工两口井,均取得成功,压裂液的返排率达90%以上,效果明显。
