为了研究排气阻火器对矿用防爆柴油机性能的影响,以某矿用柴油机为试验对象,对该机在增加排气阻火器前后两种状态下进行了外特性试验和排放特性试验。试验结果表明,增加排气阻火器后,虽然满足了矿用柴油机的防爆性能,但是矿用柴油机的排气阻力增大,空气消耗量减小,缸内燃烧恶化,功率和转矩减小,动力性能下降;燃油消耗率增加,经济性能变差;CO体积分数和烟度值升高,大部分工况点的NO_x体积分数升高,排气温度升高,排放性能变差。研究结果可为今后矿用防爆柴油机排气阻火器的设计提供参考。
In order to study the influence of exhaust flame arrester on the performance of mine explosion-proof diesel engine, taking a mining diesel engine as the test object, the external characteristic test and the emission characteristic test were carried out before and after the exhaust arrester was added. The experimental results show that although the exhaust flame arrester is increased, the exhaust resistance of mine diesel engine is increased, the air consumption is reduced, the combustion in the cylinder is deteriorated, the power and torque are reduced, The kinetic performance decreases; the fuel consumption rate increases, the economic performance deteriorates; the volume fraction of CO and the smoke value increase, the NO_x volume fraction increases in most operating conditions, the exhaust temperature increases and the emission performance deteriorates. The results can provide a reference for the future design of flame arrester for mine explosion-proof diesel engine.
