美国学者朱迪斯·巴特勒以其惊世骇俗的性别理论闻名于世,其对传统女性主义理论的挑战推进了后女性主义思潮的发展。但她的理论能否真正契合现实社会运动的需求一直饱受争议。实际上,性别理论只是她的研究的一个出发点,在她其后的研究中,围绕着对“主体是如何形成的”这个问题的思考,巴特勒由性别问题,转向了以身体理论为中心的生命政治学的研究,并经由对社会现实问题的思考,渐渐走向了更为广阔的激进民主政治。她关于主体、语言与身体政治学的研究,均未脱离对现实社会问题的回应。
American scholar Judith Butler is famous for his shocking gender theory, and its challenge to the traditional feminist theory has promoted the development of the post-feminist ideological trend. But her theory can really meet the needs of the actual social movement has been controversial. In fact, the theory of gender is only a starting point of her research. In her later research, she focuses on the question of how the subject is formed. Butler turns from the gender issue to the theory of " Center of the study of life politics, and through the thinking of social reality, gradually toward a more radical democratic politics. Her research on subject, language and body politics has not departed from the response to the real social problems.
