目的对CT定位下进行射频温控热凝术治疗三叉神经痛 5年回顾、分析及总结。 方法随防 4 0 3例治疗后三叉神经痛患者 ,包括疼痛缓解率、复发率、并发症及面部麻木发生率等。 结果 4 0 3例患者均获访 ,其手术成功率为 10 0 % ,术后即刻疼痛缓解率 99.3% ;近期疼痛缓解率 97.5 % ,复发率 2 .4 8% ;远期疼痛缓解率 92 .1% ,复发率为 7.85 % ;总缓解率 94 .3% (380 4 0 3) ,总复发率 5 .7% (2 3 4 0 3) ;并发症发生率 7.4 % ,其中角膜麻痹发生率 2 .2 % ;面部麻木发生率为 98.7%。 结论CT定位使卵园孔穿刺技术不单纯依赖经验 ,能极大提高治疗成功率 ,从而提高疼痛缓解率 ,降低术后并发症发生率
Objective To review, analyze and summarize the results of 5-year radiofrequency thermocoagulation for the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia under CT localization. Methods With prevention and treatment of refractory trigeminal neuralgia patients after treatment, including pain relief rate, recurrence rate, complications and facial numbness incidence. Results All 403 patients were interviewed. The successful rate was 100%. The pain relief rate was 99.3%. The pain relief rate was 97.5% and the recurrence rate was 2.48%. The long-term pain relief rate was 92%. The recurrence rate was 7.85%. The total remission rate was 94.3% (380 4 0 3). The total recurrence rate was 5.7% (23 34%). The incidence of complications was 7.4%. The incidence of corneal paralysis 2 .2%; Facial numbness was 98.7%. Conclusion CT positioning makes the technique of oval hole puncturing not rely solely on experience, which can greatly improve the success rate of treatment, thereby improving the pain relief rate and reducing the incidence of postoperative complications
