烟道火灾的发展蔓延决定于烟道内不同部位沉积油垢的热解燃烧特性。利用气质联用仪和热重分析仪,对典型中式厨房烟道入口及出口部位的油垢进行了主要成分和热解燃烧特性分析。结果表明:烟道不同部位油垢的热解燃烧性能差异很大,位于出口部位的油垢,其主成分相对分子质量小,热分解起始温度和起火温度低,热解燃烧第一阶段活化能低,会首先起火;位于入口部位的油垢,其综合燃烧性能高,燃烧猛烈,氧气的供给量对燃烧影响不大。烟道火灾防治工作需综合考虑入口部位与出口部位油垢的不同热解燃烧特性。
The development and spread of flue fire depends on the pyrolysis combustion characteristics of grease deposits on different parts of the flue. The main components and pyrolysis combustion characteristics of the grease in the inlet and outlet of the typical Chinese kitchen flue were analyzed by GC-MS and TG-MS. The results show that pyrolytic and combustible properties of grease in different parts of flue gas are different greatly. The grease in the outlet part has relatively low molecular weight, low initial thermal decomposition temperature and low ignition temperature, low activation energy in the first phase of pyrolysis and combustion , Will be the first fire; located in the entrance part of grease, its comprehensive combustion performance is high, severe combustion, oxygen supply has little effect on the combustion. Flue fire prevention and control work must take into account the different parts of the inlet and outlet grease pyrolysis combustion characteristics.
