PWC是英文physical work capacity的缩写,意为身体工作能力。PWC_(150)是指心率在150次/分时的身体工作能力,以完成功率的大小来表示。它是评定心血管系统机能能力的一种重要指标。身体工作能力受到许多因素的影响,如年龄、性别、运动项目和训练程度等。国内外已有较多有关普通大学生、体育系学生、运动员甚至伤残儿童的身体工作能力的文献资料,但中老年人身体工作能力的文献资料较少。我们为上海市某工业局中老年干部进行了一次健康检查,测定了逐级增加负荷时的心率变化,研究了心率——功率
