本文分析研究了直齿销式无返回力矩擒纵调速器的几何关系,把调速器的主要性能尺寸(如中心距、擒齿直径、擒轮齿顶角、卡摆销心距等)同卡摆的振动周期建立了函数关系。通过它,我们可以分析现有调速器机构的结构尺寸对周期的影响,在设计新调速器时可以用它合理决定结构尺寸,合理决定尺寸公差。 本文还介绍了这理论所用的计算周期的BASIC程序,应用它可以求解销式调速器的振动周期,稍加变化还可计算各几何尺寸对周期的影响
In this paper, the geometric relationship between the straight-toothed pin-type moment-of-return torque escapement governor is analyzed.
