全面推进依法治国,建设中国特色社会主义法治体系与建设社会主义法治国家,是当代中国的历史任务与使命。法治国家的建设通过合格的法律人来加以落实与推进,掌握系统的法学知识及拥有将知识转换应用的能力,是合格的法律人必须具备的两个基本要件。受到大陆法系对系统性法律知识教学要求的影响,本科层次的学生将知识转化运用与问题分析能力较为欠缺,《法律社会学》课程的设计则有助于弥补这一不足,但同时还需要对《法律社会学》课程设设计中的上课时间、课时安排、课程内容以及教学方法等问题进行深入分析与讨论。
To comprehensively promote the rule of law in accordance with the law, build a socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics and build a socialist country ruled by law are the historical tasks and missions of contemporary China. The construction of a country under the rule of law has been implemented and promoted through qualified legal persons. Having a systematic knowledge of the law and possessing the ability to apply knowledge transfer is the two basic requirements for a qualified legal person. Influenced by the requirements of the civil law system for the teaching of systematic legal knowledge, students at undergraduate level lack knowledge transfer and problem analysis skills. The design of “Sociology of Law” course helps to make up for the deficiency, but at the same time, The course of “Sociology of Law” curriculum design class time, class schedule, course content and teaching methods and other issues in-depth analysis and discussion.
