中职学校中,钳工技能教学占很大比例,其教学非常重视实践与知识相结合,也是社会需求量较大的重要工种。传统教学模式让钳工教学十分枯燥乏味,学生无法接受机械的学习方法,对学习的积极性不高,没有主动学习的习惯。为了解决钳工技能教学中存在的不足,本文根据目前职工教学存在的补助,制定出合理的教学策略,希望提高中职院校教学效果。
Secondary vocational schools, fitter and skill teaching accounted for a large proportion of its teaching attaches great importance to the combination of practice and knowledge, but also an important social needs larger jobs. The traditional teaching mode makes fitter teaching very dull, the students can not accept the mechanical learning method, the learning enthusiasm is not high, there is no active learning habit. In order to solve the shortcomings of fitter skill teaching, according to the current subsidies for staff teaching, this paper formulates a reasonable teaching strategy, hoping to improve the teaching effect of vocational colleges.
