在高等职业教育中,课程领导与校本课程开发之间存在内在的统一性。课程领导是校本课程开发的支持系统,是课程得以顺利开发和健康发展的重要保证;另一方面,通过参与校本课程开发,课程领导者对问题的探究和反思能力、行动研究能力也得到了提升。目前,高职校本课程开发存在随意性、孤立性和盲从性的问题,为此,院长、系主任、专业带头人、专业教师(尤指骨干教师)等应组成校本课程开发领导共同体,通过各司其职,相互合作来促进高职院校的校本开发。另外,校本课程开发的目标如下:构建学院特色;形成创新团队;培养学生的可持续发展能力。
In higher vocational education, there is inherent unity between curriculum leadership and school-based curriculum development. Curriculum leadership is a support system for school-based curriculum development. It is an important guarantee for the smooth development and healthy development of curricula. On the other hand, through the participation of school-based curriculums, curriculum leaders’ ability to explore and reflect on issues and to improve their action research ability . At present, there is a problem of randomness, isolation and blindness in the development of school-based curriculum in higher vocational schools. For this purpose, the dean, department heads, professional leaders, professional teachers (especially backbone teachers) should form the leadership community for school-based curriculum development, Do their part and cooperate with each other to promote school-based development in higher vocational colleges. In addition, the objectives of school-based curriculum development are as follows: to build college characteristics; to form an innovation team; and to cultivate students’ ability of sustainable development.
