随着社会日新月异的变化,市场对艺术设计专业人才的要求不断提高,加之教育招生扩张的压力,高校在新的时势力背景下创新教育理念,采取了校企合作下实践基地建设的措施,并建设初期阶段取得了一定成效。然而随着时间的推移,校企合作基地建设问题重重,校企合作实践基地建设效果不持久,问题出现根源在哪里,又应采取何种运作模式以确保校企合作基地的可持续,这一问题值得每一位教育工作者及学生本人思考。
With the rapid changes in society, the demand for art design professionals in the market continues to increase. In addition, with the pressure of expanding enrollment in education, colleges and universities innovate their educational concepts in the context of a new era of power. They have taken measures to build a practical base under the cooperation of schools and enterprises. The initial stage of construction has achieved some success. However, with the passage of time, the construction of school-enterprise cooperation base is full of problems, and the construction of school-enterprise cooperation base is not lasting. The root causes of the problems and what mode of operation should be adopted to ensure the sustainable development of the school-enterprise cooperation base The problem deserves every educator and student’s own thinking.
