粘蛋白是一种粘多糖和蛋白质结合的复合蛋白质,它主要存在于α_1和α_2球蛋白部分,粘蛋白结构复杂,分类依据纷繁,曾报导当机体出现病理性增生,组织破坏分解造成机体反应性增强时该蛋白在血清中呈增高趋势,最近报导个别肿瘤患者血清可见粘蛋白异常。我们采用粘蛋白经典检测法-磷钨酸法对190例血清进行了分析,发现卵巢癌、肺癌组的血清粘蛋白明显高于正常对照组(P<0.001)并与胃癌、肠癌、乳腺癌有明显差别。现将其方法,结果讨论分述如下: 材料与方法 1、材料来源及处理: 正常对照组:39例,其中本院职工7名,
Mucin is a complex protein that is a combination of mucopolysaccharides and proteins. It is mainly present in the α_1 and α_2 globulin fractions. The structure of mucins is complex and the classification basis is numerous. It has been reported that when the body develops pathological hyperplasia, the tissue is destroyed and decomposed to cause body reaction. The protein showed an increasing trend in serum when it was enhanced, and it was recently reported that mucin abnormalities were seen in the serum of individual tumor patients. We analyzed 190 serum samples using the classical mucin-phosphotungstic acid method and found that the serum mucin levels were significantly higher in ovarian cancer and lung cancer than in the normal control group (P<0.001) and were associated with gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, and breast cancer. There are significant differences. The methods and results discussed are as follows: Materials and Methods 1.
