理论依据:合作学习的教学模式
合作学习的特点:
1、积极承担完成共同活动中个人的责任;
2、在活动中积极地互相支持、配合,特别是学生在完成任务时面对面的促进性互动;
3、期望所有学生进行有效的沟通,建立并维护小组成员之间的相互信任。
4、教师对学生共同活动的成绩进行评估,寻求提高其有效性的途径。
合作学习的功效:
1、合作学习将个人之间的竞争转化为小组之间的竞争;
2、合作学习既有助于培养学生的合作精神、团队意识、集体观念,又有助于培养学生的竞争意识与竞争能力;
3、合作学习还有助于因材施教,可以弥补一个教师难以面对有差异的众多学生教学的不足,从而真正实现使每个学生都得到发展的目标。
[教学实例]
本堂课的教学内容是一篇阅读短文(The stolen smells)主要内容是讲述一个吝啬的餐馆老板控告一个穷学生偷了他厨房里的香味,而最后法官作出一个可笑却公正的裁决。
首先,学生一起听课文、读课文,熟悉掌握课文中的生词、难句。
教师把全班同学分成若干小组,每个小组依据课文内容分配角色,不同角色分别演练不同句子,老师整理后把这些句子列出来。
A. The restaurant owner.
1. I am a good cook and I have a restaurant many people came to restaurant to have dinner. I’m rich. I always look down upon those poor people.
2. I’m a good cook I love money very much. I own a big building, but I only rent a poor house over the kitchen to a poor student.
B. The poor student:
I am a poor student. I have little money. I love in a poor house over a kitchen. I study very hard. I don’t care about what I eat and where I live.
C. A friend of the poor student.
I have a friend he is very poor but he works hard.
D. the judge:
1. Many years ago I was a judge. Let me describe to you a very interesting case I handled.
2. I am a judge. I think I am quite just. I always have sympathy with the weak.
接着老师让学生以小组为单位选出若干个同学进行相关的小表演,用自己的话演绎这个故事,之后对各组进行评价,下面是其中的一组表演。
(in the court).
The restaurant owner: I have a restaurant .One day. I was working quietly in my kitchen. I heard the poor student talking to his friend.
The friend: You must be very happy living in a poor like this.
The poor student: Oh, no. I am busy with my studies and I am not interested in my room.
The friend: But you only eat plain rice. You don’t have money for anything tasty .
The student: Yes, I eat only plain rice . But the delicious smells that comes from the kitchen make the rice very tasty.
The restaurant owner: That makes me furious. I think the student stole the smells from my kitchen. I decided to take him to court.
The judge: You are right, the student is guilty.
(Turn to the student) Do you have any money?
The student: Yes, I have only five coins.
The judge: Let the coins fall into your left hand .
(Turn to the mean man).
Well, you’ve heard his money. You’re been well paid for your smells.
[点评]学生的表演生动有趣,在准备表演的过程中同学们互相学习、互相帮助、互相合作,成绩差的同学的学习兴趣在活动过程中得到提高,而成绩好的同学在帮助成绩差的同学时,知识得到巩固,更重要的是在活动中同学们培养了合作精神和团队意识,学生在准备对话的过程中充分体现了合作学习的功效。
合作探究学习中师生的角色
传统教学用讲解的方式把所有课程“及时”教完,而合作学习重在让学生“学会”和“会学”采用教材辅助手段,精心设计小组活动就能如期完成教学任务。
合作学习、小组活动,由多人协作解决问题优于个人单独面对,当然,合作学习教学法的使用需要搭配其他的教学法。
