利用数值方法研究了转子碰摩系统随外激励频率变化的复杂动力学行为.指出高频振动分量的出现与否是判断系统产生碰摩的必要条件;当改变轴承间隙时,系统中可能出现单处碰摩或多处等不同的碰摩形式.该结论与我国某电厂实录的20万千瓦汽轮发电机组转子碰摩振动情况定性一致.
The complex dynamic behavior of the rotor rubbing system with external excitation frequency is studied numerically. It is pointed out that the presence or absence of high-frequency vibration components is a necessary condition for judging the system to produce rubbing. When changing the bearing clearance, different rubbing modes such as single rubbing or multiple rubbing may occur in the system. This conclusion is qualitatively consistent with the rub-impact vibration of a 200 MW WTG of a power plant in China.
