用腐植酸钠与保水剂以不同比例配施,在生菜生产中进行了应用效果研究。试验结果表明,与对照相比,同时施用腐植酸钠和保水剂均表现出对生菜的生长有促进作用,T1、T2、T3的株高分别增加了20.63%、46.87%、58.75%,产量增加38.4%~61.3%,达显著水平(P<0.05);在品质方面,T1、T2和T3生菜的Vc含量分别比对照增加17.25%、28.60%、46.54%,粗蛋白含量分别增加16.25%、36.46%、48.01%。硝酸盐含量分别减少19.68%、28.37%、33.62%。在等氮、磷、钾养分条件下,腐植酸钠和保水剂的比例以7∶3的配比效果最佳。
