应用Gleeble-1500D热模拟试验机研究了316LN不锈钢在900~1250℃,应变速率为0.005~0.5 s-1的热变形行为。结果表明,材料的初始加工硬化率与剪切模量的比值受变形温度及应变速率的的影响很小,接近常数,Puchi-Cabrera提出的本构方程适用于本试验条件。在高温条件下,316LN存在动态应变时效(即Dynamic Strain Aging,简称DSA),且DSA预处理的适合应变速率为0.005 s-1。
The hot deformation behavior of 316LN stainless steel at 900-1250 ℃ and strain rate of 0.005-0.5 s-1 was studied by Gleeble-1500D thermal simulation tester. The results show that the ratio of initial work-hardening and shear modulus of material is little affected by the deformation temperature and strain rate, which is close to constant. The constitutive equation proposed by Puchi-Cabrera is suitable for this test condition. Under high temperature, there is dynamic strain aging (Dynamic Strain Aging, referred to as DSA) for 316LN, and the suitable strain rate for DSA pretreatment is 0.005 s-1.
