用刃天青测定微生物总脱氢酶活性,观察8种毒理学指标控制的毒物:Hg2+、Cd2+、Cr6+、Pb2+、Ba2+、AsO-2、CN-、F-对混合菌及大肠杆菌8099菌株的脱氢酶活性的作用。结果表明:随着毒物浓度的升高,脱氢酶活性受抑制的程度加剧,毒物浓度与脱氢酶活性受抑制的程度有一定的线性关系。并用大肠杆菌8099脱氢酶活性被抑制达50%时的毒物浓度EC50来评价毒物的毒性大小,得到Hg2+、Cd2+、Cr6+、AsO-2、CN-的EC50值分别为1.5、2.9、4.0、16、90mg/L,由此可得毒物毒性大小顺序为Hg2+>Cd2+>Cr6+>CN->AsO-2,与文献通过微生物增殖试验得到的结果基本一致。
The total desaturase activity of microorganisms was determined by resazurin. The toxicants controlled by 8 toxicological indexes were observed: Hg2 +, Cd2 +, Cr6 +, Pb2 +, Ba2 +, AsO-2, CN- and F- against mixed bacteria and E. coli strain 8099 Dehydrogenase activity. The results showed that with the increase of poison concentration, the degree of inhibition of dehydrogenase activity was aggravated. There was a certain linear relationship between the concentration of poison and the degree of inhibition of dehydrogenase activity. The EC50 values of Hg2 +, Cd2 +, Cr6 +, AsO-2 and CN- were evaluated by the EC50 of the toxicant concentration EC50 when the dehydrogenase activity of Escherichia coli 8099 was inhibited by 50%. The EC50 values were 1.5, 2.9 , 4.0, 16, and 90 mg / L, respectively. The order of toxicant toxicities was Hg2 +> Cd2 +> Cr6 +> CN-> AsO-2, which was consistent with the results obtained from the literature.
