目的 :探讨光学相干断层成像 (opticalcoherencetomography ,OCT)在黄斑部视网膜手术疗效评价中的作用。方法 :应用OCT检查 35例 35只眼行黄斑部视网膜手术的患者 ,其中特发性黄斑裂孔 2 3例 2 3只眼 ,黄斑前膜 1 2例 1 2只眼。于术前和术后 2~ 4周 ,分别对黄斑裂孔和黄斑前膜形态进行观察 ,测量裂孔直径、晕轮直径、孔缘厚度。结果 :OCT显示黄斑裂孔术后裂孔直径、晕轮直径和孔缘厚度均明显缩小。黄斑前膜术后视网膜厚度在术后 2周与术前对比 ,无显著性差异 ;术后4周与术前有显著性差异。结论 :OCT可定量客观地提供黄斑病变形态学特征 ,在黄斑部视网膜手术疗效的评价上具有不可替代的作用
Objective: To explore the role of optical coherence tomography (OCT) in evaluating the curative effect of macular retinal surgery. Methods: 35 patients (35 eyes) with macular retinal surgery were examined by OCT. There were 23 eyes with 23 cases of idiopathic macular hole and 12 eyes with 12 cases of macular membrane. Morphology of macular hole and macular membrane were observed preoperatively and 2 ~ 4 weeks after operation, and the diameter of hole, the diameter of halo and the thickness of hole edge were measured. Results: OCT showed that the diameter of the hole, the diameter of the halo and the thickness of the hole edge were significantly reduced after macular hole surgery. There was no significant difference in retinal thickness between preoperative and postoperative 2 weeks after operation. There was a significant difference between the preoperative and postoperative 4 weeks. Conclusion: OCT can quantitatively and objectively provide morphological features of macular degeneration, and plays an irreplaceable role in the evaluation of the curative effect of macular retinal surgery
