目的:观察滴前康散配合西药治疗滴虫性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:将64例滴虫性前列腺炎患者随机分为2组,对照组32例采用西药治疗;治疗组32例在对照组基础上,加用自拟中药滴前康散内服治疗。结果:2组治愈率及总有效率比较,治疗组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:滴前康散配合西药治疗滴虫性前列腺炎疗效优于单纯西药治疗。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Diqian Kang San combined with western medicine in the treatment of trichomonal prostatitis. Methods: 64 cases of trichomonal prostatitis patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group of 32 patients treated with western medicine; the treatment group of 32 patients in the control group, based on the addition of self-made Chinese medicine before treatment. Results: The cure rate and total effective rate in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of Trichomonal prostatitis by Diqian Kang San with Western medicine is superior to western medicine alone.
