对秦岭柴胡中所含总黄酮成分进行提取,并利用化学方法及光谱分析对其中3个成分的化学结构作了鉴定,确定其为芸香甙(A),水仙甙(B)及槲皮素(C)。
The total flavonoids contained in Bupleurum chinense in the Qinling Mountains were extracted, chemical structures and spectral analysis were used to identify the chemical structures of the three components, and they were identified as Rutin (A), Narcissus (B) and Quercetin. (C).
