目的:调查十堰地区气传真菌的种类、数量,了解优势菌群与过敏性疾病的关系。方法:采用全国统一标准方法曝片法和曝皿法。结果:(1)曝片法共收集真菌孢子24 523 个,计39 个种属。(2)曝皿法共收集真菌孢子 516个,计32 个种属。(3)十堰地区优势气传真菌为锈菌、交链孢菌、枝孢芽枝菌、黑粉菌、青霉菌等。其高繁殖期与季节、气温、湿度相关。结论:气传真菌与某些过敏性疾病的高发季节相一致,可能为某些过敏性疾病的致敏源。
Objective: To investigate the types and quantity of airborne fungi in Shiyan area and to understand the relationship between the dominant bacteria and allergic diseases. Methods: A unified national standard method of exposure and exposure method. Results: (1) A total of 24 523 fungal spores were collected by exposure method, accounting for 39 species. (2) A total of 516 fungal spores were collected in the dish-exposure method, accounting for 32 species. (3) Advantages of airborne fungi in Shiyan area are rust fungus, Alternaria Alternaria, Cladosporium sp., Black fungus, Penicillium and so on. Its high breeding season and the season, temperature, humidity related. Conclusion: The airborne fungi are consistent with the high season of some allergic diseases and may be the allergen of some allergic diseases.
