目的了解重庆市綦江县法定传染病的流行规律和变化趋势。为制定本地区传染病防制提供决策依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法对綦江县2007-2011年网络报告的各类传染病疫情监测资料进行统计分析。结果 2007-2011年綦江县无甲类传染病报告,共报告乙丙类传染病22种14 205例,年平均发病率为343.63/10万,2008年发病率最高,2010年发病率最低,其中乙类传染病呈下降趋势,而丙类传染病则呈上升趋势,死亡率为0.50/10万。传染病构成以呼吸道传染病、血源及性传播疾病、肠道传染病为主,其中发病率居前5位的分别是肺结核(94.77/10万)、梅毒(47.37/10万)、乙肝(43.51/10万)、菌痢(41.99/10万)、流行性腮腺炎(32.93/10万)。农民和学生、散居儿童是最主要的传染病发病人群。结论 2007-2011年綦江县传染病发病呈缓慢下降趋势,应继续关注学校和幼托机构等人群聚集场所,进一步加强以肺结核为主的呼吸道传染病以及以梅毒、乙肝为主的血源及性传播疾病预防和控制工作力度。
Objective To understand the epidemiological and trend of legal infectious diseases in Qijiang County of Chongqing. To provide a basis for decision-making in the prevention of infectious diseases in the region. Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the data of epidemic situation of various infectious diseases reported in Qijiang county from 2007 to 2011. Results A total of 22 205 cases of 22 kinds of B and C infectious diseases were reported in Qijiang County from 2007 to 2011, with an average annual incidence of 343.63 / 100,000. The highest incidence was in 2008 and the lowest in 2010, of which, Category B infectious diseases showed a downward trend while Category C infectious diseases showed an upward trend with a death rate of 0.50 / 100,000. Infectious diseases constituted mainly respiratory infectious diseases, blood-borne and sexually-transmitted diseases and intestinal infectious diseases, among which the top 5 were tuberculosis (94.77 / 100000), syphilis (47.37 / 100000), hepatitis B 43.51 / 100,000), bacillary dysentery (41.99 per 100,000), and mumps (32.93 / 100,000). Farmers and students, scattered children are the most important infectious diseases. Conclusions The incidence of communicable diseases in Qijiang County shows a slow downward trend from 2007 to 2011. We should continue to pay attention to the crowded places such as schools and kindergartens, and further strengthen the respiratory infectious diseases mainly of pulmonary tuberculosis as well as the blood and sexual characteristics of syphilis and hepatitis B Spread disease prevention and control efforts.
