塑料成型工艺与模具设计是一门从生产实践中发展起来,又直接为生产服务的应用型技术,对模具设计人才的培养提出更高要求。本文通过授课过程中基于学生的学习实际,对教学方法的探究,在授课过程中采用CAD技术的辅助教学,按照实际生产中模具设计制造流程进行安排,克服了教学难点,能充分发挥学生的主观能动性,提高学生的理性认识。
Plastic molding process and mold design is an application-based technology that has been developed from the production practice and directly serves the production and puts forward higher requirements on the training of mold design talents. In this paper, based on the learning process of students during the teaching of teaching methods to explore, teaching in the process of using CAD technology to assist teaching, according to the actual production of mold design and manufacturing process arrangements to overcome the teaching difficulties, give full play to students’ subjective Initiative, to enhance students’ rational understanding.
