中小民营企业在我国国民经济发展中起着重要的作用。但目前我国中小民营企业人才匮乏、流失现象严重,已成为制约民营经济发展的重大瓶颈。如何有效减少人才流失、引进和保留人才已成为我国中小民营企业面临的一个现实问题。本文分析了我国中小民营企业人才流失的现状和原因,提出了应对中小民营企业人才流失的措施。
Small and medium-sized private enterprises play an important role in the development of our national economy. However, at present, the shortage of qualified personnel and the loss of small and medium-sized private enterprises in our country have become a major bottleneck restricting the development of the private economy. How to effectively reduce the brain drain, the introduction and retention of talent has become a reality for small and medium-sized private enterprises in China. This paper analyzes the status quo and causes of brain drain in small and medium-sized private enterprises in our country and puts forward measures to deal with the brain drain of small and medium-sized private enterprises.
