工匠精神是我国实现经济转型发展和“中国制造2025”的内在支撑和关键所在。当前学术界对工匠精神的研究主要集中在基本内涵、基本特征及其当代价值、弘扬和培育的基本途径等研究领域。本文在总结近年来工匠精神研究现状的基础上,结合理论与实践,对工匠精神的研究做出思辨和展望。
Craftsmanship is the inner support and the key to our country’s economic restructuring and development and “Made in China 2025”. At present, the academic research on artisan spirit mainly focuses on the research fields of basic connotation, basic characteristics and its contemporary value, and the basic ways of carrying forward and nurturing. On the basis of summarizing the current research status of artisan spirit in recent years, this dissertation makes speculation and prospect on the study of artisan spirit by combining theory and practice.
