DNA聚合酶α在DNA复制中起主要作用,抗DNA聚合酶α单克隆抗体的制备为检测增殖细胞提供了一种新方法。本文用抗DNA聚合酶α单克隆抗体来检测大肠癌细胞的运动活力,以确定其作为衡量肿瘤恶性程度指标的实用性。免疫组织化学法:将54例手术切除癌组织速冻切片风干后在3%多聚甲醛中固定,PBS冲洗,与1:50抗DNA聚合酶α单克隆抗体稀释液在室温下孵育过夜,再与兔抗鼠IgG以25倍
DNA polymerase alpha plays a major role in DNA replication and the preparation of anti-DNA polymerase alpha monoclonal antibodies provides a new method for detecting proliferating cells. In this paper, anti-DNA polymerase alpha monoclonal antibody was used to detect the activity of colorectal cancer cells to determine its practicality as an indicator of tumor malignancy.
