组织文化与知识转移对新服务开发的重要影响已得到研究证实。但是,不同组织面临的知识管理问题不尽相同,已有研究没有进行区别对待。由于组织文化的形成是一个长期过程,故企业进行新服务开发过程时,找到适合自身组织的知识转移战略,是企业提高新服务开发成功率的关键。在文献支持下,本文提出一个基于竞争性价值观组织文化框架同双向交互式知识转移战略框架的匹配模型,分别是宗族文化与内耗个体化战略相匹配;层级文化与内耗编码化战略相匹配;创新文化与外延个体化战略相匹配;市场文化与外延编码化战略想匹配。
The important impact of organizational culture and knowledge transfer on new service development has been confirmed by research. However, the problems of knowledge management faced by different organizations are not the same, and the existing research has not been treated differently. Because the formation of organizational culture is a long-term process, finding a suitable knowledge transfer strategy for its own organization when undertaking new service development is the key to improving the success rate of new service development. With the support of the literature, this paper proposes a matching model based on the framework of competitive culture and the two-way interactive knowledge transfer strategic framework, which respectively is that the clan culture is matched with the internal individualized strategy; the hierarchical culture is matched with the internal encoding strategy; the innovation Culture and epitaxial individual strategy to match; market culture and epitaxial coding strategy to match.
