呋喃二氢吡啶二羧酸酯(EFDP)9mg/kg iv可明显对抗乌头碱诱发大鼠的心律失常,转窦率为100%;使CaCl_2所致的大鼠室颤发生率降低86%;结扎大鼠左冠状动脉引起的心律失常发生率降低83%;并能提高豚鼠心脏对哇巴因中毒时的耐量,与溶剂对照组比较,使出现室早、室速、室颤和心脏停搏时的哇巴因用量分别增加50,66,68和59μg。给氯仿-肾上腺素的6只家兔用iv EFDP4.5mg/kg则均未发生心律失常。EFDP 23~46mg/kg ip使氯仿引起的小鼠室颤发生率分别减少53%和73%。EFDP 19.6μmol/L冠脉给药,离体兔心在缺血再灌注期间无心律失常发生。结果表明,EFDP具有显著的抗实验性心律失常作用。
