眼膏是医院常用药剂。国内各制剂规范规定的工艺(称规范法)制备眼膏时,操作繁琐,占时长,易染菌,常因不均匀使含量测定结果失去代表性。经试验采甲改进后的工艺Ⅰ,Ⅱ法制备的眼膏,作体系多个位点含量测定,均匀度考察,结果令人满意。试药及材料 25型酸度计(上海电冰箱厂);53W—UV 仪(上海光学仪器厂);水浴箱,离心机,自制60孔分液漏斗架;眼膏基质(自制);硫酸阿托品(成都制药一厂);匹罗卡品(乌市医药站分装):依色林(国家医药管理局装);pH3.6硫酸液,pH4.2硝酸液及其它试剂(自制);液体石蜡等,其它略。
