本文提出了一种描述辉锑矿浮选中各种化学反应的平衡体系。对涉及反应的5组分体系,H+-Sb(OH)3—e-—HS-—BtX-,借助计算机软件“Solgaswater”计算了可能的平衡反应。计算结果与辉锑矿浮选试验结果进行了对比,辉锑矿浮选显示出对pH强烈的依赖性。一般来说,计算结果很好地被实验结果所证实。讨记了在浮选期间可能发生并影响浮选结果的化学反应。结果表明,在浮选可以进行的条件下,Sb(BtX)3起主要作用。在碱性环境下,锑渐渐地达到最终水解,导致可浮性明显降低。
This paper presents a balanced system describing various chemical reactions in stibnite flotation. For the 5-component system involved in the reaction, H + -Sb (OH) 3-e-HS-BtX-, a possible equilibrium reaction was calculated with the aid of the computer software “Solgaswater”. The calculated results are compared with the flotation results of stibnite flotation, which shows a strong dependence on pH. In general, the calculated results are well confirmed by the experimental results. The chemical reactions that can occur during flotation and affect the flotation results are accounted for. The results show that Sb (BtX) 3 plays a major role in the flotation process. Antimony gradually reaches the final hydrolysis in an alkaline environment, resulting in a significant decrease in floatability.
