一、关于此项专利申请的说明 这是一项关于翻边轴瓦制作方法的发明,这种翻边轴瓦至少有一个侧面法兰,法兰毛坯轮廓由两个轧辊轧制形成。轧辊的形状要按滑动轴承(轴瓦)的形状制作。 根据这项发明,可以通过轧制方法生产制造翻边轴瓦。轧辊的传动速度要根据以下原则:在轧辊与轴瓦坯料的接触位置,轧制轴瓦法兰平面的轧辊其线速度应高于另一个轧辊的线速度。
I. Description of this patent application This is an invention concerning a method of manufacturing a flanged bush having at least one side flange and a flange blank profile formed by rolling two rolls. The shape of the roll should be based on the shape of the plain bearing (bearing). According to this invention, flanged bushings can be produced by a rolling method. The transmission speed of the roll should be based on the following principle: at the contact position between the roll and the billet, the linear speed of the rolling plane of the rolling flange should be higher than the linear speed of the other roll.
