从江县是贵州省2005年“两基”验收10个县中唯一的一个接受教育部和省政府复查的县。2006年从江县的“两基”巩固提高和迎接复查工作,在省、州的大力支持和关怀下,在全县各级党委政府的高度重视下,在县各部门和社会各界各族人民的共同努力下,顺利通过省政府的复查,取得了阶段性的成果。但是,从江县教育基础较为脆弱,通过复查也只是达到现阶段“两基”工作的基本要求。2007年贵州省将接受国家教育部的“两基”复查,作为国家新阶段重点扶持贫困县、教育基础较差的从江,如何搞好“两基”巩固提高工作,迎接国家教育部的复查验收,是我县教育行政主管部门工作的重心。现就如何搞好我县“两基”巩固提高工作,迎接国家教育部的复查验收,谈谈我们的一点思考。
Congjiang County is the only one of the 10 counties in Guizhou Province that accepted the “Two Bases” in 2005 and is the only county that has been reviewed by the Ministry of Education and the provincial government. In 2006, the “two foundations” in Congjiang County were consolidated and improved, and the review was carried out. Under the strong support and care of the province and the state, the county’s party committees and governments at all levels attached great importance to the people of all ethnic groups in the county and all walks of life. With the joint efforts of the provincial government, it successfully passed the review of the provincial government and achieved phased results. However, the base of education in Congjiang County is relatively fragile, and the review has only reached the basic requirements for the “two basics” work at this stage. In 2007, Guizhou Province will accept the review of the “two basics” of the Ministry of Education as the key supporter of the poverty-stricken counties in the new stage in the country and the poorer education foundation in Congjiang. How to do a good job in consolidating and improving the “two basics” and meet the review of the Ministry of Education? Acceptance is the focus of the work of the administrative department of education in our county. Now on how to do a good job of consolidating and improving the “two basics” of our county, and to meet the review and acceptance of the Ministry of Education, and to discuss our thinking.
