文章以24名在役射击射箭运动员为测试对象,引入头低位倾斜状态中人体机能反应及变化的研究理论与方法,解决射击射箭运动训练过程中运动员中枢机能恢复问题。结果显示:倒立训练中脑电指标变化幅度十分显著,P3、P4、O1、O2部位α频段功率值下降十分显著,左右额区、左右颞区的β频段功率值出现明显升高现象。同时所观察的7种脑电参数指标也都显著下降。在倒立训练结束后,被试射击射箭运动员各脑电指标则明显高于训练前,尤其是高清醒度、颞同步化、额优势化以及脑电相干函数P3-P4四个指标的提高显著。通过8周倒立训练后,发现运动员所测试的各心理学指标得分均减低,上述现象表明倒立训练改变了运动员大脑血流状态,从而部分影响了其中枢神经功能,在一定程度上改善了运动员的睡眠质量、减轻焦虑、缓解了其在训练后的焦虑情绪及不适症状,随着倒立训练介入时间的增加,其对运动员中枢机能改善的效果愈加明显。
In this paper, 24 in-service shooting archery athletes as the test object, the introduction of low head tilt state of human function response and changes in the research theory and methods to solve the shooting archery during training of athletes central nervous system recovery problems. The results showed that the range of change of EEG in inverted training was very significant, and the power of α, α, β, β, P values of P3, P4, O1 and O2 decreased significantly. At the same time, the observed 7 kinds of parameters of EEG also decreased significantly. After the inverted training ended, the EEGs of the participants were significantly higher than those before training, especially the high alertness, temporal synchronization, frontalization, and P3-P4 of EEG. After 8 weeks of in-position training, we found that all the psychological indicators tested by athletes decreased. The above phenomenon indicates that inverted training changed the cerebral blood flow state of athletes and thus partially affected their central nervous function, which improved athletes’ Sleep quality and relieve anxiety, alleviated their anxiety and discomfort symptoms after training. With the increase of interventional time of in-stand training, the effect of improving the central function of athletes was more obvious.
