Introduction This article is designed to study the factors that make music teachers effective and enduring vocational training. Specifically, the study examines the effectiveness of a 90-hour immersion drum vocational training package for the Department of Education, which uses a unique perspective of the theory of mind flow (Csikszentmihalyi, 1991). Using the principle of Zwicksen Mikhail’s study of mind flow as an analytical framework, evaluate the effectiveness of steel drums as a tool in teacher vocational training. At the same time to study music educators in the 90-hour vocational training camp whether experience the flow of ideas. The study of these problems further finds out whether the elements of the theory of mind flow can be observed in an immersion environment,
