按Murnhy法制成老化红细胞模型,利用丝裂原激活的小鼠脾细胞方法测定T淋巴细胞白细胞介素2(IL-2)的分泌水平.结果表明:5×105/ml、105/ml、5×105/ml老化细胞对T淋巴细胞IL-2水平有明显的提高作用(分别为P<0.05、P<0.01和P<0.01).经过丹酚酸B5μg、15m,知母宁5μg、15μg温育后的老化红细胞对T淋巴细胞IL-2分泌有明显的影响,其中丹酚酸B5μg、15μg,知母宁15μg有明显的提高作用(P<0.01),而知母宁5μg作用不明显(P>0.05).表明丹酚酸B、知母宁能增强老化红细胞提高T淋巴细胞分泌IL-2.
According to the Murnhy method, an aging erythrocyte model was made, and the secretion of interleukin 2 (T-lymphocyte) by T lymphocyte was determined by using mitogen-activated mouse spleen cells. The results showed that 5 × 105 / ml, 105 / ml and 5 × 105 / ml of aging cells significantly increased IL-2 level in T lymphocytes (P <0.05, P <0.01 and P < 0.01). After salvianolic acid B5μg, 15m, Zhimu Ning 5μg, 15μg after incubation of aging erythrocytes on T lymphocytes IL-2 secretion had a significant effect, including salvianolic acid B5μg, 15μg, Zhuningning 15μg significantly improved (P <0.01), while Zhuningning 5μg had no significant effect (P> 0.05). Show that salvianolic acid B, Zhimu Ning can enhance the aging of red blood cells to enhance the secretion of IL-2 by T lymphocytes.
