随着人口增长和经济的快速发展,温室气体排放量呈上升趋势,由此引发的全球变暖趋势愈加严重。碳的排放量也由此成为世界各国密切关注的热点问题。本文通过碳足迹模型构建和STIRPAT随机模型,计算分析了吉林省的能源消费碳足迹动态变化情况,主要从从产业结构、能源消费结构以及能源利用率等三个方面浅谈吉林省减少碳排放量以及发展低碳经济的改善建议。
With population growth and rapid economic development, the amount of greenhouse gas emissions is on the rise and the resulting global warming trend is even more serious. The emission of carbon has also become a hot issue that countries all over the world pay close attention to. In this paper, through the construction of carbon footprint model and STIRPAT stochastic model, the dynamic changes of energy consumption carbon footprint in Jilin Province are calculated and analyzed, mainly from the aspects of industrial structure, energy consumption structure and energy utilization rate of Jilin Province to reduce carbon emissions As well as suggestions for improving the low-carbon economy.
