中国有12亿人口,9亿在农村。然而,在去年我国近3万亿元的社会消费品零售总额中,农村仅占11328亿元。这些数字足以说明,中国农村是个潜力巨大的商品市场。正因为如此,当中国经济出现内需不振时,大力开拓农村市场自然成为我国宏观经济政策的重要选择。然而,三年过去了,农村市场却一直久拓不开,成效寥寥。人们不禁要问,开拓农村市场,关键何在? 日前,国家经贸委和国内贸易局联合在山东召开全国开拓农村市场现场交流会,国家经贸委10个委管局的负责同志参加了会议。工商部门坐在一起,试图为开拓农村市场找到一条更加切实可行的途径。本刊特编发国务委员吴仪、国家经贸委副主任陈邦柱、国内贸易局局长杨树德刘今后开拓农村市场的具体意见。
China has a population of 1.2 billion and 900 million people in rural areas. However, in the total retail sales of nearly 3 trillion yuan of social consumer goods last year in our country, the rural area accounted for only 1132.8 billion yuan. These figures are sufficient to show that rural China is a huge potential commodity market. Because of this, when China’s economy shows sluggish domestic demand, vigorously developing rural markets has naturally become an important choice for China’s macroeconomic policies. However, three years have passed, but the rural market has not been extended for a long time and with few achievements. People can not help but ask: What is the key to developing the rural market? Recently, the State Economic and Trade Commission and the Bureau of Internal Trade jointly held a field exchange meeting in rural areas in Shandong Province. The responsible comrades of 10 commissioners of the State Economic and Trade Commission attended the meeting. The business sector sat together trying to find a more practical way to open up rural markets. In this issue, we specially made Wu Yi, State Councilor, Chen Bangzhu, deputy director of the State Economic and Trade Commission, and Yang Shude, director of the Bureau of Bureau of Foreign Trade, to explore rural areas in the future.
