[目的]了解深圳市某区公共场所集中空调通风系统的卫生现况,为规范公共场所集中空调通风系统的卫生管理提供依据。[方法]随机抽取部分公共场所(3所医院、2家酒店、1所办公楼)的20套集中空调通风系统,依据《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》对空调系统的卫生指标进行采样检测。[结果]所抽取的公共场所集中空调通风系统新风量合格率为40.0%。送风中可吸入颗粒物(PM10)、细菌总数、真菌总数、β-溶血性链球菌合格率分别为64.3%、74.5%、93.9%和100.0%。风管内表面积尘量、细菌总数、真菌总数、β-溶血性链球菌合格率分别为63.1%、100.0%、91.7%和100.0%。冷却水与冷凝水中嗜肺军团菌检测结果合格率为91.9%。[结论]该区公共场所集中空调通风系统存在一定程度的污染,应定期清洗消毒,加强卫生管理。
[Objective] To understand the hygienic status of central air conditioning and ventilation system in public places in a certain area of Shenzhen, and provide basis for regulating the hygienic management of centralized air conditioning and ventilation system in public places. [Methods] Twenty sets of central air-conditioning and ventilation systems were randomly selected from some public places (3 hospitals, 2 hotels and 1 office building), and the hygienic indexes of air-conditioning system were sampled and tested according to the Hygienic Standard for Central Air Conditioning and Ventilation System in Public Places . [Result] The passing rate of fresh air of centralized air-conditioning and ventilation system in public places was 40.0%. Respirable particulate matter (PM10), the total number of bacteria, the total number of fungi, the pass rate of β-hemolytic streptococcus were 64.3%, 74.5%, 93.9% and 100.0% respectively. The amount of dust on the inner surface of the duct, the total number of bacteria, the total number of fungi, and the pass rate of β-hemolytic streptococcus were 63.1%, 100.0%, 91.7% and 100.0% respectively. Legionella pneumophila in cooling water and condensate test results pass rate of 91.9%. [Conclusion] There was a certain degree of pollution in the centralized air-conditioning and ventilation system in public places in this area. Regular cleaning and disinfection should be carried out to strengthen hygiene management.
