根据社会发展和新形势下新课程改革思路,结合深圳市宝安职业技术学校的“培养身心特别健康、技能特别过硬”的办学目标,针对目前“中职学校学生的特殊性质”在实训教学中存在的一些问题,提出了新的解决措施与时策;尤其在实训课的教学组织模式、管理模式、教学策略和实训课程评价体系等方面尝试采用兴趣教学法、企业化“车间式”管理模式、“PK”教学模式以及激励式惩罚等方法,对于提高实训课教学的质量和效果具有重要作用。
