光学头控制精度直接影响高密度光盘系统(DVD)的存储性能,为了提高DVD光学头的控制精度,提出一种灰色PID的DVD光学头控制优化机制。针对DVD光学头读取机制建立传递函数,然后采用神经网络对DVD光学头的PID控制参数进行逼近和优化,并采用灰色理论模型对DVD光学头的控制输出误差进行预测,实现PID超前控制,最后采用Matlab 2012进行仿真测试。仿真结果证明,本文机制提高了DVD光学头的控制优化效率,降低了控制系统的超调量,提高了光学头控制精度,具有较高的应用价值。
Optical head control accuracy directly affects the storage performance of high-density optical disk system (DVD). In order to improve the control accuracy of DVD optical head, a gray PID control mechanism of DVD optical head is proposed. The transfer function of the DVD optical head reading mechanism is established. Then, the PID control parameters of the DVD optical head are approximated and optimized by using the neural network. The gray theoretical model is used to predict the control output error of the DVD optical head to realize the PID advanced control. Finally Matlab 2012 simulation test. The simulation results show that the proposed method improves the control efficiency of the DVD optical head, reduces the overshoot of the control system and improves the control accuracy of the optical head, which has a high application value.
