以研究性变革实践为导向的教师培训是指培训要指向教师所从事的真实、鲜活的教育实践,要以培训促使教师的教育活动带有研究的性质,并指向变革,由此实现教师成长和学生成功。它是素质型学习的培训,能促进教师深度学习、转化学习,是针对教师二次成长的学习,是教师专业发展的长远追求。文章以思想政治学科名师培养为例,诠释了以研究性变革实践为导向的教师培训操作流程:实践性的主题确立——最优化的理论学习——合作性的设计研磨——创新性的行动实施——指导性的总结提升。
