人才是企业发展的关键性因素,人才是否得到合理的管理,人才的潜能与积极性能否得到充分发挥是企业兴衰的关键,而激励机制与此密切相关。我国企业尤其是国有企业与国外企业存在差距,究其原因是企业失去了有效的激励手段,生产经营体系无法正常运转。随着加入WTO,中国融入了世界经济大潮,国内外企业对人才的需求将空前高涨,人员流动将更加频繁。如果没有好的激励机制,企业的人才将逐渐流失掉,企业将面临无人可用,人才匮乏的境地。因此,企业应将建立有效的激励机制提升到战略高度。
Talent is the key factor in the development of an enterprise. Whether the talents are properly managed or not, and whether the potential and motivation of talents can be fully utilized are the keys to the rise and fall of an enterprise, and the incentive mechanism is closely related to this. The reason for the gap between Chinese enterprises, especially state-owned enterprises and foreign ones, is that the enterprises have lost their effective incentive means and the production and operation system can not operate normally. With China’s accession to the WTO, China has integrated itself into the global economic tide. The demand for qualified personnel from domestic and foreign enterprises will rise at an all-time high and the flow of personnel will be more frequent. Without a good incentive mechanism, enterprises will gradually lose the talent, companies will face no one available, lack of talent situation. Therefore, enterprises should set up effective incentive mechanism to a strategic level.
