在不同温度下经过不同时间,利用HAAKE流变仪Roller转子提供的机械能对乙烯与乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)的交联发泡废弃物料进行机械力化学解交联,形成塑性流的解交联产物.通过分析解交联产物的溶胶和凝胶量,并用扫描电镜表征解交联产物的表面形貌,得到解交联最适宜的时间和温度.解交联产物与纯EVA的共混物,再经过氧化二异丙苯产生的自由基引发交联,研究了其力学性能,获得最佳的共混配比,使交联发泡的EVA废弃物料资源化再生利用.
