以全细胞膜片钳制技术观察了正常及慢性常压低氧肺动脉高压大鼠肺动脉平滑肌细胞外向钾电流,并进行了四乙铵(TEA)对两种动脉外向钾电流作用的量效关系比较.结果表明:将细胞膜电位钳制在-50mV,当指令电位大于-50mV时,可以记录到电压依赖性的外向钾电流,且慢性常压低氧肺动脉高压时该电流较正常时为小;当指令电位为+70mV,TEA降低肺动脉高压大鼠外向钾电流的量效曲线较正常时右移
Whole-cell patch-clamp technique was used to observe the outward potassium current of pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells in normal and chronic hypoxic pulmonary hypertensive rats and the dose-effect relationship of tetraethylammonium (TEA) on the outward potassium current was compared. The results showed that when the command potential was greater than -50mV, the voltage-dependent outward potassium current could be recorded when the potential of the cell membrane was controlled at -50mV, and the current was lower than that at the time of chronic hypobaric hypoxic pulmonary hypertension. When the command potential Is +70 mV, TEA decreased outward potassium current in rats with pulmonary hypertension dose-effect curve shifted to the right than normal
