要想提高学校的教育教学质量,就必须拥有一支高素质的教师队伍,而教师素质的提高离不开各种形式的培训学习和教研活动,尤其离不开立足本校教学实际的校本教研活动。我认为搞好校本教研要做好以下三个方面的工作。1.加强校本教研制度建设。教师素质的提高离不开校本教研活动,而没有制度约束的活动是松散的、无效的。因此,确立明确的校本教研制度是保证校本教研扎实有效进行的基础。制度建设应重视以下两个方面。一是校长要带好头。“其身正,不令而行;其身不正,虽令不从。”任何事情,领导的带头示范作用是巨大的。因此,校长和学校其他领导班子成员要积极参与校本教研活动,领导的重视和参与对校
