社会保障制度的改革是现实生活中关系到老百姓实际利益的一件大事,也是促进社会主义市场经济发展、完善现代企业制度的有力保障。但一些同学也提出这样的疑问,市场经济条件下,政府不是应该少管一些事情吗?为什么我国现阶段还十分重视建立一套完善的社会保障制度?有人说,计划经济时期人们的生老病死都由国家管,居民享受的社会福利很好,而现在的社会保障制度改革,让人觉得自己享受的社会福利越来越少。事实果真如此吗?
The reform of the social security system is a major event in the real life that concerns the common people’s interests. It is also a powerful guarantee for promoting the development of the socialist market economy and improving the modern enterprise system. However, some students also raised this question: Under the conditions of market economy, should the government not be able to control fewer things? Why does China still attach great importance to the establishment of a comprehensive social security system at this stage? Some people say that people in the planning economy have a lot of life and death. The state administration has enjoyed a good social welfare for residents, and now the reform of the social security system makes people feel that they enjoy less and less social benefits. Is this true?
